VISA AND RECEPTION AT AIRPORT
After receiving invitation letter from University of Ukraine, you should contact with nearest embassy of Ukraine or Consulate to obtain study visa of Ukraine.
These are the requirements of embasies of Ukraine worlwide to issue study visa to candidate:
1. Original passport (valid for one year minimum)
2. Secondary school certificate (attested by ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian/Ukrainian language)
3. Birth certificate (attested by ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian/Ukrainian language)
4. Medical test (attested by ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian/Ukrainian language)
5. Aids/HIV test(attested by ministry of foreign affairs and translated into Russian/Ukrainian language)
6. 8 photos of size 3.5 x 4.5
7. Invitation letter from Ministry of education of Ukraine
8. Confirmation letter to embassy of ukraine from Ministry of foreign affairs of ukraine.
After getting study visa from embassy of Ukraine you should confirm your flight to Ukraine and send us the flight details.
We advise students to come to Dnipropetrovsk or to Donetsk International airports,these both airports are near to us and it will be easy for us to receive students there.
The documents which every students should must bring with him/her are the following:
1. Original invitation letter
2. Complete First Year fees _______ US$
3. 10 Passport size photos
4. General medical certificate (fitness certificate)- (should be translated into Ukrainian or Russian language and legalized by the Ukraine embassy).
5. HIV – medical check up certificate)- (should be translated into Ukrainian or Russian language and legalized by the Ukraine embassy).
6 .One Photostat copy of your passport and Ukrainian visa which is issued by the Ukraine embassy.
7. School certificates - (should be translated into Ukrainian or Russian language and legalized by the Ukraine embassy in your country).
8. Birth certificate-(should be translated into Ukrainian or Russian language and legalized by the Ukraine embassy in your country).
9. The flight ticket should be to and fro to your home country (i.e., open ticket).
Before departure must take care that you have complete funds and documents.Incase of missing of anything you can be deported back to home country.
